
Refund Policy
1. Applicability
This Refund Policy applies to all fee payments made to Turquoise Early Years School at the time of admission or during the course of enrollment (including registration, tuition, and other charges), unless otherwise expressly stated.
Parents/guardians are advised to read these terms carefully before making any payments.
2. Registration and Admission Fees

The registration fee and admission confirmation fee paid at the time of enrolling your child are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
3. Tuition Fees
a. Before Academic Session Starts

If a written withdrawal request is submitted before the start of the academic session, the school may refund the tuition fees paid after deducting the non-refundable fees and administrative charges.

Parents/guardians must submit the withdrawal request in writing to the school’s Administrative Office.
b. After Session Commences

Once the academic session has begun, tuition fees are generally non-refundable.

No refunds will be made for absence, non-attendance, holidays, or mid-session withdrawal unless required by law or exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of school management.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases (such as documented medical emergencies or school-initiated cancellation of admission), the school may consider a partial refund depending on timing and supporting documentation. Such requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval by the school administration.
5. Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the School Accounts Office with relevant proof (receipt, enrolment details).

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Processing time is typically between 15–30 working days after approval, subject to bank/payment gateway timelines.
6. Deductions
The school may deduct the following from the refundable amount:

Non-refundable admission/registration fees

Banking or payment gateway charges

Any dues outstanding on the student’s account
7. No Verbal Refund Agreements
All refund terms must be in writing. Verbal commitments regarding refunds or fee adjustments will not be considered valid unless documented and signed by authorized school officials.
8. Changes to Policy
Turquoise Early Years School reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will be made available on the school website or upon request from the administrative office.
